Naeem  is Managing Director and founder of Siara Ltd.  Originally from the UK, Naeem brings with him over 20 years of experience in Clinical Development, Training, Consultancy and Education, spanning the globe.  

 Naeem is certified personal effectiveness and behavioural skills trainer and his passion for training led him to establish his company Siara Limited in 2007. Naeem lived in Asia for over 10 years and is now based in London, England. 

Pauline, Education Coordinator, brings a wealth of experience to Siara Ltd spanning Europe and Asia.

Pauline is fluent in conversational Mandarin and, having lived in a number of countries in Asia for over 20 years, is very familiar with the cultures and customs within Asia.
